This blog is dedicated to my daughter, Brooke. She has autism and lives in a facility with other children who have autism. In this blog i share raw thoughts, victories, frustrations, losses, gains as a mother with a special needs child. I am her voice...this is why i write.

Dani-ga...I am a friend of Cherie. My husband and I live in Elephant Butte, NM and I recently read your book. Thank you for sharing your life with us. You are a brave young lady. My favorite testimony is from a very young lady, newly wed, and a missionary, captured by the Japanese. Before she was taken away an older missionary challenged her to be a "good soldier for Jesus Christ." That's what you are. Stay strong.Joyce
